Raj Sreenivasan– As President and CEO of Xyant, with over 40 years managing organizations in India and Europe, Raj brings to Xyant expertise on multiple financial and operational matters. Prior to joining Xyant, Raj was DGM of Dunlop, where he advised clients on strategic process initiatives, strategic outsourcing initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. His global experience included working with clients in India, the U.K., Italy, Singapore and France. Previously, Raj led global HR teams in Asia and Europe where he was responsible for striking strategic partnerships and collaborations on multiple technologies and streamlining operations during mergers and acquisitions. |

Jim Dunlap – A founding partner of his own Government relations firm, Dunlap LLC & Founding Partner of Majority Plus”, and a senior advisory member for Xyant, was elected to the Oklahoma State Senate in 1996. Prior to that, he served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1988 to 1995. Dunlap served as the Senate Republican Floor Leader 2001-2003, and has served in various other leadership positions during his legislative career. July 1, 2003, Tom Ridge, U. S. Secretary of Homeland Security, announced the appointment of Dunlap to the Homeland Security Advisory Council’s State and Local Officials Senior Advisory Committee. Secretary Ridge established the committee of 13 individuals to provide advice on increasing America’s security from experts representing state and local government. Dunlap continues his service on this Council under appointment of Secretary Chertoff. August 2001, the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) announced the appointment of Dunlap as its National Chairman for 2002. As the ALEC National Chairman, Dunlap led the 21member Board of Directors and was responsible for setting policies and priorities for the 2,400member, national association of state legislators. Under Dunlap’s leadership, the ALEC agenda was dedicated to developing model policies based on the Jeffersonian principles of free markets, limited government, federalism and individual liberty. |

Patrick J. Hall – As a senior Advisory member of Xyant, Pat has more than twenty-four (24) years experience as Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of two large not-for-profit organizations and is the President of his own Oklahoma based Government relations company, The Capital Group, L.L.C. Pat Hall possesses a strong professional and educational background in association management evidenced by the achievement of the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society for Association Executives. Pat is also a founding partner of “Majority Plus”, along with Jim Dunlap. Pat Hall's government relations experience includes drafting, tracking and advocating for meaningful legislation as well as preparation and presentation of oral and written testimony before legislative committees, regulatory agencies and constituency groups. Hall has extensive knowledge in public personnel administration and labor/management issues including public employee healthcare and retirement benefits. Hall also has vast knowledge of election processes and the modern techniques for successful campaigns. |

Chris Mortonson - Currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Alliances for Albany, an international HCM organization that offers a variety of national and international workforce solutions, including payroll and tax services, vendor management, tax, labor law compliance and employer of record services. He brings 25 years of sales and operating experience to his role, primarily in the staffing and financial services industries. Mortonson’s experience spans financial services, global staffing, consulting, and software technology industries. His background spans the entire talent management life cycle with a focus on HR outsourcing, global workforce management, supply chain management and strategies for flexible workforces and contingent labor programs |

Sowmya Sridhar - As Xyant’s head of Professional Services and Staffing, A graduate from University of Oklahoma with over 12 plus years of experience in the IT industry, Sowmya leads the company's IT Recruiting organization and is responsible for acquiring, supporting and retaining our valuable, highly skilled resources. Her experience in the field of IT and customer relations guides her philosophy of providing exceptional candidates to our customers of Xyant. Today, Sowmya focuses on improving productivity, maximizing the utilization of the company resources, and increasing our responsiveness to national and international accounts. Her team has centralized and local district components to facilitate the quickest alignment around customer demand.

Johnny Lewis - Most recently was Washington Mutual & Lucent Technologies Supplier Diversity Manager, where he led these organizations’ national supplier diversity program, which actively promoted and purchased products and services from diverse business owners throughout the United States. Prior to this, Lewis served as Vice President, Southwest regional market manager at Bank of America, where he developed, implemented and managed its national supplier diversity initiatives. Lewis has earned numerous honors for his supplier diversity efforts, including DFW Minority Purchasing Development Council, Helping Hands; Minority Business Advocate of the Year, Texas Association of Minority Business Enterprises and Business Advocate of the Year, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. |

John Kuriyan - Most recently was Managing Director of Mittal Steel Point Lisas in Brazil and in Trinidad and Tobago. Reporting directly to Steel Baron Lakshmi Mittal and heading the Arcelor Mittal Group’s operations in Brazil and the West Indies, John has over 31 years experience in engineering, manufacturing and general management in the steel and tire industry. Prior to joining Mittal Steel Point Lisas, he was Director General of Servicios Siderúrgicos Integrados, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Mittal Steel Lazaro Cardenas. He has also served as Senior Vice President, Manufacturing at Dunlop India Limited and as President and CEO of Falcon Tires
Limited. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Postgraduate from the same institute in Industrial Engineering.

Shalini Sreenivasan - As Xyant’s Director of Corporate Services, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Norman, with a masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Shalini’s responsibilities include formulation, modifying and directing Xyant’s HR management functions including personnel services, labor relations, organizational development, staff training, employee recognition, and policy/procedures that reflect Xyant’s commitment to equal opportunity.
